This traditional hotel has been run by the same family for over 200 years. It is located in the Rhineland Palatinate’s Moselle Valley. The vine-covered terrace offers stunning views of the Metternich castle ruin. Hotel am Klosterberg offers a mixture of ancient traditions and modern comforts. The hotel is beautifully located between the Metternich castle ruins and the Carmelite monastery, in the heritage town of Beilstein, known locally as the Sleeping Beauty of the Moselle. A breakfast buffet is served in the spacious breakfast room. Hotel Lipmann Am Klosterberg is located between Trier and Koblenz. The hotel’s location is also ideal for exploring the Mosel countryside with hiking and boat tours.

Beilstein is beautiful, tiny, quaint and very quiet. It is located beside the Moselle River and offers many scenic options. The restaurant associated with the hotel was excellent. The outdoor covered terrace overlooking the Moselle made dining there a real treat. And of course the wine, and food delicious!
Situated in lovely Beilstein village this superb family operated and owned hotel is the perfect place to discover the region.

Wonderful place! We will definitely come back more than once. A large, beautifully and practically furnished room. Great view from the balcony to the ruins of the Metternich Castle. 3 minutes walk to the banks of the Moselle. Absolutely exceptional breakfast. 2 saunas, a sun room and a huge roof terrace. Helpful and hospitable staff - they know the answers to all your questions :). Convenient parking.
